My MMU foundation sampling - UPDATED
My foundation sampling - updated.
Alima - I will definately buy the full-size of W2.
EDM - I want to try 2nd sampling but the new web-site doesn't work well. So, I suspect my pc problem... don't know what is problem...sigh..
Joppa - I like use with Water-Spray applications. So in this season, the soft formula come into use more often than other all foundation samples I have. It is good in hot summer here. Now I use Lightest2 and Light2 mixture. Their coloring is unstable. So, not sure if we will go for full-size....
Meow - Basically Manx 2, with a little Chartrux 2 looks better. I bought Manx 2 smaller full-size with 2 samples baggy of Chartrux, and some other shades just in case. Wait for them arriving.
MAD - The texture is velvet. I use the shade of Golden with additng a little Natural. Light is too light, Led-med is a little dark. Should mix them. The finish is similar to Alima foundation. But, Alima win in the point of pore-covering v(^u^)v
Monave - I found the good re-saler (Dolly loux) of Monave products finally. I was in trouble with high international shipping charge, and then got the good advice in vox to find the re-saler (thank you !!).That shop is Japanese site, the Japanese living in US run that shop and offer several popular brands and their special mix or size etc. I can buy some different brand products with 1 shipping charge in Japanese Yen.
Anyway, for Monave, I can get only powder products - Concealer foundation and Setting powder ( I am wondering if they will be able to sell Lips/glosses in future). I tried the shade of Hyeyeon that was a little too yellow on me. I should have selected Caroline. But I got Setting powder of PETAL by free, that is very good. The color is light peach pink and good to use with too yellow foundation like Hyeyeon ヽ(^ー^)ノ It says it be used for primer as well. I think I will buy this at full-size !
Monave looks so professional with several type of foundation - not only Powder but several Liquid or Cream type. I want to try them in winter. I should buy them in MONAVE site though...Pls advise if you have already tried this out.
Lauress - I ordered the foundation samples in their sales time. Hope the colors go well.
Uglogirl - I ordered the samples and got the mail they shipped them out. I don't have much info about shades for Asian people. So, I just picked some shades from W and G categories. I expect on their foundations cause I hear they are similar to Alima but a little more glossy finish.
Wishlist for more sampling
- Foundation of Dream World (looks difficult to choose the shades - PLS HELP ME (^-^*) )
- Foundation of Ocean Mist ( free samples is attractive)
- Primer ANY BRANDS (I only have the samples of Meow and Alima, but only a little left now. I realize it is so usuful in hot summer season, and need to try some others too. I appreciate if you recommend me something)

Good thing you found a local place to buy Monave. I would love to try Monave's lipsticks myself, but I haven't found any resellers that sells the miniature lipsticks yet, and I wont pay $24 for shipping...

I agree that Monave's shipping charge is really high.. Maybe they don't want to ship internationally by themselve, and want the resellers to do. Some brands can't sell to other shops. In that meaning, their way may be good. The reseller can offer many brands at the same shop. We can save the shipping cost, that is great thing !
I will definately try DM, and need to choose which shade is better on me.
Hi Nory, It's too bad about the high shipping charges from Monave but now this fills in the blanks for me as to why someone would be a Monave reseller and how they could profit from being one. Very good that they're around to provide Monave's excellent makeup at reasonable prices - product or shipping.
I love Uglo Girl and LaurEss. I hope that the samples when they arrive are winners for you.
I look forward to Dreamworld samples too. OCM is good but a litttle drying for me.

Hi ! Yes, Monave reseller is valuable thing for not-US Citizen like me. I want them to offer more items like lips.. but maybe Lips needs freshness and difficult ?!? Anyway, it was good for me to find such a reseller !
Today LaurEss samples has arrived ! It was faster than expected. Their service is satisfying. Their packing way is specially careful. I can't wait for trying them. Yeah... a sampling is a lot of fun !!!
I think the same as you with Monave and I found a good reseller too, and she so nice person and the shipping charge in so low.

I tried Uglogirl and LaurEss both ! I like them.. but for me, Alima was better in Color and Texture etc. Maybe I will buy a full size of LaurEss Ethreal as Full coverage foundation.. but now I am comparing with Monave Concealer foundation.
I would recommended on Ethreal as full covrage foundation because Monave concealer foundation is very very caky for me.
why Alima is the best for you? I didn't try this and because of you.. I'm going to try.
Ok, Simismi, your recommendation is very helpful !!! About Monave, we also have a problem in color. The samples I ordered didn't match... About LaurEss, we have some samples matching on me, but need to mix.
I like Midium coverage ones better for daily use. Alima is Midium coverage, not too casual but not too formal and flat either. But, it can cover up my dirty pores on the nose without a heavy and cakey finish. And I am OK with 1 color (don't have to mix). Their foundation color is basically more yellow than other companies, I think. Easier to choose for Asian Skin. It is very popular brand in Japanese users.
